Shipping information

If your package was not delivered or your shipment information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact customer service for verification within 45 days of the order date.

For problems related to orders, products or logistics, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

* Due to inventory issues, packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Packages shipped from different warehouses may also have different shipping times.

Most of the time, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery period. However, the actual delivery time may be affected by flights, weather and other external factors. Please check the shipment tracking for the actual delivery time.
